hi,my husband filed fr divorce in the ground of mental cruelty.he hav some of our phone conversation recording.he and his family threatened to giv divorce very begining of our mrg and tortures me a lot,so due to frustration i said him lik if he ll divorce me i ll put him behind the bar,and i ask him when he giv divorce i m waiting,i m faded up this mrg,and scold him also,so in trick he recorded all that and filed in court,after that i filed a 498a case.i want 2 show him that womens are nt the use and through meterial thats why as he want i ll nt lik 2 giv him divorce.can he get divorce in the help of this recording?can i ignore this voice by saying mimiged by someone?if he goes fr forensic report what ll be the cost?

Recording required to be proved in court And u may file application under domestic violence and under 125crpc
this is a weak sort of an evidence as whatever u said, was in a fit of rage and provocation and may not be relied upon by the court concerned. however, it mostly depends on how effectively your case is being fought in the court of law.
