Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hi,
My husband insults me everyday, he blames me quite often. He is not working since we got married and we have 2 kids whom i'm taking care. He is very lazy guy ,not willing to work , depends on me and wants me to work. I don't want to stay with him as he always blames me, abuses me on simple simple things. Shouts at me and kids like anything. He does't work but he points me and kids quite often, this behaviour is increasing day by day. If i tell him that i'm going to leave him or quit my job, he will just blackmails me saying that i will tell to all etc.,
My son is 6 years and only for him i'm in this relationship but his abuses are increasing day by day. I want some peace in my life and live alone by mangaing my kids. He is not providing any kind of support to me except annoying me..
Kindly some one help me , is there a way to get out from this relationshio.

Respected mam,

you can leave him anytime and file case of DVA and court will allow your everything even rent and childs fees etc and other maintenance.

You may file a criminal case of "cruelty" against him and also seek divorce on the same very ground.
