Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hi,

My question is to Rajiv Gupta sir, sir i got married 2 yrs back, ours was a love cum arrange marriage. initially things were fine but later my in laws started creating problems and started provoking my husband. My in laws mentally harassed me and asked me to leave my matrimonial home. My husband because of his parents pressure is kinda ready to leave me. since 1 yr i am staying at parents place. recently i got an email from my husband saying that he wants a positive communication to settle down things. In his second email he said that now forgetting everything he would still wants me come back to my matrimonial home so that we can sort out the differences and start staying together. He also asked me to bring my parents when i come. So we went to my matrimonial home with a positive outlook. There i asked him to sit and talk alone. when we talk he kept saying that he cannot forget everything and would live in stress however i kept saying that we should forget everything and start living together, at last he asked for a separation and i said no. Later at his home he kept saying that there wasn't any result out of the discussion.Sir i want to know that if he doesn't want to stay together why did he sent a message asking for a positive communication. Sir please advise and help.
