Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hi,

My name is sravani, My husband is not interested in me,he loves some other girl, he told me that before marriage only that he had a relationship with another girl, but I dont believe at that time and I think he is kidding. That was my great mistake ever. But now I dont any objection if he marries that girl, and that girl also okay for that,is there any legal problem? with out giving divorce to me is there any problem with legally? becoz we three dont have problem, I would like to know?

I think you are one of those broad minded girl in our society who would not create any problem for her husband if he marries someone else without Divorcing you. But unfortunately the society and the law does not permit the same. You and your Husband can Divorce each other by Mutual consent to give right to your husband to marry his girl friend and not otherwise.

as long as your husband does not marry the other girl, there may not be any legal problem provided the other girl is not married.
