Hi,
My wife had falsely implicated me and family under section 498a. We are married for 4 years and to the contrary to her complaint that i demanded dowry, I have transferred close to 12 lacs to her account and her fathers account in the past 4 years. An FIR has been registered u/s 420, 384 and 506 for fraudently cheating me of the money and also threatening and extortion to my family.
Also, after 2 years of marriage, when we wanted to conceive, we got to know that she has a serious PCOD condition and cannot conceive. This fact was hidden by thier family and not told to us during marriage.
I want your advise, if i can charge them under with a PCR for cheating us adn concealing of facts before marriage. Also if I can demand a doctor examination as well. This is also to counter the allegation in her 498a complaint that I forced an abortion on her, which is totally untrue!
Please advise/

You can take all these reasons which you have taken in your question in your defence against 498a and 406 case against you. You too have rights under the criminal as well as civil law against your wife and her family .
