Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hi,

My wife filed 498A,506,109,dpa 3&4 and DVC on me and my family. I live in Hyderabad. These cases were running from last 7 months. Now she is willing to come back but i am not ready to take her back. In this case she will neither apply for divorce nor she will not agree if I apply. But I want to get rid of her bacause of thes crucked things done to me. All these are false cases which are filed becoz of ego.

Please suggest what can be done in this scenario

Ask her to get the FIR quashed by filing a petition before the High Court and then talk about living together or separately.
