Legal Question in Family Law in India

In Hindu family, an unmarried man died in natural cause. He left no will/ anything like that. He have no parents too. But his sister and her son are totally dependent on him, since they have no husband & father. He taking care of his sister and her son for past 25 years. And he have two brothers and two sisters who they have their own family and not dependent on him. His sister son did all formalities following death.

My question is who can be his LEGAL HEIR?
