In a Hindu family, If the wife is medically unfit to be a mother,then what is the procedure to marry another girl and have children?Can the husband marry another girl without divorcing the first one? just the consent of first one is enough?

it is no ground for divorce. however, you need to have a cogent ground for taking divorce. you cannot marry another girl without divorcing your wife. even if first wife consents for marriage, still the second marriage is void ab initio.
