Hindu - grand father - mother property

My Grand father has partitioned his immovable properties which he has got thru partition with his brother and his self acquired properties to his only son 1968 and so has my grandmother settled her self acquired properties to her only son1961 . Can my my mother and another aunt claim the properties now ? (AFTER THE RECENT AMENDMENT IN HINDU SUCCESSION 2005) Please Note : one of the property which my grand father gave to his son is bought(SELF AQUIRED) by my great grand father is this property ansteral.
