Legal Question in Family Law in India

I am Hindu male married for 14 Yrs,and we have got 13 Yrs Old son. last couple of yrs we are having multiple issues at our home and that resulted in my mother,staying in another rented property. my mother and wife did not get along well so I have decided to take another flat for her.nut afterwards,my mother is not allowed to visit my house and wife did not allow my son to go to mothers house. my mother and sister did ill treated my wife,but I always took side of my wife as she was right. but I can not stop taking care of my mother. this is frequent cause of our quarels,and because of this my wife has forcefully asked my son to not to speak to me when I am abrod,for last 1 Yrs I am in and out of India(china) and my wife has not spoken to me ,and did not allow my son to speak to me. he is 13 Yrs.my wife says she want to stay with me but as room mate. I am tired of her doings but don't want to loose her. my son loves me but fear his mother. my wifes relatives are always taking her side,and on number of times I said to them we need external help,we can go to counseller but they refuse. and my wife is ver aggressive and threatens me with Police case. so I feel like I am in frying pan. Can a man get justice for wifes in humand tratment and disaalowing his basics rights like speaking to his own son when he is away from home for several months? can I file a case? but I don't want to loose her. but I am suffering this for almost 1 Yr.
