i am hindu male.my father having some properties.we are three sons all are married.but one son is mentally ill(retarder person)

he also married. suddenly mentally ill son die leaves his wife as widow.now she(No issues) wants some share.

some lawyers says that one son mentally ill. so inheritance is stooped so she can'not claim for portion.but she can claims maintenance
