hindu marrige act
if a boy marry with a girl as per arya samaj than the same boy marry with other girl as per hindu rites. who will be his legal wife.

the first come the first is legal so if he marries the first one either as per arya samaj or Hindu marriage act then the first always prevails and the second can be seen as bigamy which is prohibited as per HMA.

the first is the legal wife; and the second marriage is no marriage in the eyes of law, the second marriage may be void and the husband may be guilty of bigamy.
