Hindu succession act 2004 & 05

My marriage was in 1961 in tamilnadu, my father in law died in 64.He left no will,and owned a house in Tamilnadu got by partition among his brothers.He has three sons, two daughters, my wife is youngest, all alive. My mother in law also is alive.Last month the house was sold.

According the Law do my wife has equal share from the proceed of the sale of the house as her brothers? ie the proceeds will be divided equally in to six parts( 3 brothers , 2 sisters and mother in law )and distributed?

yes, daughters are entitled to equal share in the ancestral property.
