hi,on 20/3/2012 my recouncilation of divorce case is their,my Q is when i say all the things to judge wheather my statements are record by him or only oraly they tried to recoucil us.if they record both of our conversation then i hav to prepard fr that.and another thing is can they indivisualy ask our problem or infront of both side lawer and my hus they ask.

During reconciliation or mediation when everything between the parties are decided and settled then only they are reduced to writing not otherwise.
