Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hi,

One of my uncles has been legally adopted by my grandfathers brothers. He has inherited all his adoptive fathers property.

He is now harrasing us for the property of his biological father [ie my grandfather ) has earned during his lifetime. Can he stake claim on such property which has been bought by my grandfather(this is not ancesterial property at all.)

Please can you help me with a few supporting documents in this regard. Also, can a WILL be challenged if this concerns the property earned during ones lifetime.

an adoptive child can inherit properties of his adoptive parents and not biological parents. however, you may visit my website www.karvai.in for further guidance.
