Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hi,recently i have got divorce from my wife after 4-1/2 years struggle from senior civil court,

and my another 498a case is pending in other court,

now my question is that if they go for appeal, where they can appeal and what is the precaution i can take and when i can go for another marriage please clarify my doubts

yes they can file appeal .

yes you can go for second marriage but kindly update me you got geneuine Divorce or Exparty Order.
