Legal Question in Family Law in India

History

i got married in Feb 2008 & got a son after one year. My wife do not like my mother & registered a false complaint in women cell in Sep 2009 of dowrey & Physical assault on me & my family. I got seperated from my family as per the mutual compromise in women cell. My wife donot allow me to meet me my widow mother & threats me if i do so she will again sue me & my faimily u/s 498A. In Feb 2010, she alongwith his faimily members injured me & compaint is registered aginst them u/s IPC 323.

A) Now after a public meeting girl side want to send the girl to the mother's home, but girl dont like my mother. There intentions are not good. What should i do then?

B) Till the next meetion, Can i give any application to SSP/CJM (or advised by you) to protect my family from the false case if filed by them again. Does such application will protect/help us in case they file 498A.

C) Now what should i do, if out of court settlement does not take place

D) I have the recording of girl using abusing & very rough language with me about me & my family and another recording where she has accepted that they have filed a false complaint in Women Cell. Does these recordings will work in court, if yes do they required authentications.
