Hi,
This is a case of one of my friend.
Current Scene
She got married last year and she is leaving happily.
Past Scene
She was in love with a boy ad they got married in court...Boy pressurize her to get married to him.So,she got married some 5 yrs back.But they never leaved together or any relationship between them. She haven't revealed this fact to her parents or any body.Then again she got married last year under Hindu rituals.Now The first boy suddenly came into picture and lodged a complain against girls parent saying that she was living with him happily and girls parents forcefully made her to marry 2nd time.Girl lives in different city and the first boy in different.
What can be done in this situation as there social cost involve in this..

yes her parents can come in trouble with the girl, only way is to prove that the former marriage was without her consent and she married under duress, force & Pressure.
