Hi,

This is Dipak. I have staying separately from my wife for last 5 yrs in different country and have filed divorce suit for last 5 yrs. It takes long time for the court proceeding and now I am 52 yrs now. I have got girl friend who loves me a lot n me too. Now we want to stay in mumbai in live in relationship. What are legal laws in Maharashtra as per Supreme Apex court judgement in 2010.? What are the legal proceedings for Live in relationship in Mumbai and whom to contact ?? Plz advise.. Thanks
