Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hi,

We are a family of five. Dad has 2bhk flat in Mumbai which he had build taking loan from his organisation(government organisation)

He has his PF money which he got on retirement.

We do not have anyother property nor any ancesteral funds/property

My younger brother wants to marry a girl who is not the right choice, We have found out about the family background and about the girl, and we do not like her. We have already refused the proposal to the girl and her family, but they are stil behind my brother

He now insists on marrying her. If they marry and have a divorce; can she ask for a share in property? and my dads money OR in my money (I am an MBA and work in a software firm)

There is no property in my brothers name & we have told him that if he marries that girl, she cannot enter our home, so he will stay out and we wont maintain any relationship with them. But legally we havent done anything,

Please advice as we feel she is not interested in marriage but alimony

She can ask a share only in her husband's (your brother's) property if any at that point of time . she can ask alimony only from your brother's income.
