Hi
Wife and husband agrees for compromise based on sum of settlement amount through mediators and both are signed on MOU.
In MOU wife agrees with draw the dvc,498a, divorce cases when she withdraw all the cases one by one husband ready to pay settlement amount through DD.
In this situation my clarification.
1) If she telling am with draw case only based on compromise level but if judge will ask weather dowry harassment happened or not then if she telling happened but am ready to compromise like that
if she respond what will use MOU sign agreement and what decision court will take?
2) What is the procedure to with draw 498a case in Lower court?
3) Which way is good to with draw 498a case in lower court/ quash in HC and what is duration period?
Please clarify above queries

You are assuming too many "IFs" without any basis. Try to cross the bridge when you reach there. Your lawyer will take care of the procedure; you should try to adhere to the terms of compromise.
