In MOU wife agrees with draw the dvc,498a, divorce cases when she withdraw all the cases one by one husband ready to pay settlement amount through DD.

In this situation my clarification.

1) What is the procedure to with draw 498a case in Lower court?

2) Which way is good to with draw 498a case in lower court/ quash in HC and what is duration period?

As per Sanjay Kalra answer:

The right way is quash the case through High Court and before that prepare the mutual Compromise Deed or MOU that will help you to quash the matter.

You may contact me to quash your FIR.
