My husbad not giving any maintenance already DMC case in court
from one year he is not giving any money i am living in monther-inlaws
house. He is telling lie that he is maintaining the me and my 2 1/2 years
child. But complety he is telling lie thru his lawyer how can i proove and
get money thru court. He is telling that he is getting 4000 only per month
but he is maintianing a poultry farm. The farms is on his parents name
can i get maintenance to me and my child from my mother-in-law and
father-in-law. bcz the poultry farm is on their name?

You are entitled to maintenance not on the basis of his income but on the basis of his standard of living. For claiming support for your child, you may just need to explain your requirements and not your husband's income.
