my husband was very abusive verbally and physically . i hav planned to get a divorce from him. my parents hav recorded conversations between him and my parents ...where he has abused my dad and also said my moms character is very bad etc etc . what case can my parents put against him>???

file a police complaint in this regard tell them this is repetitve things he is doing

that max u can do at present

but u can file divorce on cruelity on this ground
