Legal Question in Family Law in India

my husband was very abusive verbally and physically . i hav planned to get a divorce from him. my parents hav recorded conversations between him and my parents ...where he has abused my dad and also said my moms character is very bad etc etc . can my parents put any case against himm?

for divorce you will have to file the case. the evidence can be used in that case
