my husband has admitted some of my gold items but some costly articles he s not accepted . i left my matrimonial home bare handed in front of police . and have proofs for the same . if i take my accepted items in women cell . can i file 406 case on the remaining jewellery articles and other costly items . pls guide can i take my jewellery articles in women cell.

Yes, you may continue your complaint u/s 406 for the remaining items. You should accept whatever jewellary articles they are giving you in women cell.
