Legal Question in Family Law in India

Me & My husband adopted a baby girl 7 years ago legally from a Govt. Agency and submitted papers of property which was on our names(my father-in-law)made

GPA on our names.Now,my father-in-law is saying that he will cancel the GPA.now,what are the legal rights of my daughter(adopted as mentioned above).

had your father in law gave any undertaking before CARA or the adopting agency? was that not a GPA accompanied by will? you may go for a civil suit in this regard.
