Legal Question in Family Law in India

My husband is in an affair with another woman. He lives with her and me on alternate days. He even got married to her in church when he is still married to me according to hindu marriage act. How can i get rid of her without getting my husband in jail. Can i file a complaint against her withotu affecting my husband so that the police will help me.
