Legal Question in Family Law in India
Me and my husband have agreed for a divorce as we cant tolerate each other anymore. It is impossible to stay with him. He by his own will cancelled my Visa too ! so now i took another house for me ad staying seperate.
Now this should finish as soon as possible so that both of us can carry on with our lives. When i asked him to lets go and start the process, he is deliberately delaying it by saying "Whenever he wants he will file". This is unfair !. He knows too it should be finished still on purpose he is doing this. What should I do??

you may file a petition for divorce on the grounds available to you. in case you want a lawyer to suggest you the ground, you need to mention in details as to why you could not tolerate him and why it became impossible to stay with him. for a divorce by mutual consent, the consent of both the parties need to be free and either of you can deny divorce by mutual consent.
