my husband has applied for divorce under the grounds of cruelty, he is earning 40,000 permonth, and he has constructed own house in his mother land, i have a kid, can i file for Interim application for maintainence for my child, what is the max i can get?

to apply for interim maintainence and the litigation expenses is your right under section 24 Hindu Marriage Act. It will depend upon your earnings and the child expense on education etc.
