my husband has applied for divorce previous to that i had already filed for domestic voilence against my husband and asked for interim relief and mentainence but i have to ask . i have done hindi (hons) and b.ed but not mA . i'm from a business class family and just wanted to settle down in life just as hobby i worked in 2006 and taught junior classes for 4 months .. i leaving the job i got married in 2008 and never worked before and after 2006 . my husband earns 200000 + monthly ..... can he refuse to pay my mentainence and provide residence arrangements ... pls reply me back

as you not working, he is liable to maintain you. you may seek the maintenance in DV case as well as move an application u/s 24 in the petition of divorce filed by him.
