Legal Question in Family Law in India
Husband have a bad wife. How will he get divorce. Wife been mentally torturing husband and his mother using bad bad languages daily and trying to put blame on him that he beat her while he never touch her. Everything were bad since the second night of marriage when she starts arguing badly. Result they don't sleep together n no sexual religion between them. But things have gone above head n he can't tie anymore. His mother is falling sick with tensions. He want divorce but girl want marriage tag in life doesn't care anything rather torturing him mentally almost everyday. Please help. They r legally married with the Indian law in Gurudwara.
