Legal Question in Family Law in India

my husband who is on bail as under section 498and 406.

i started living in my father in law "s property since last 4 years. but i shift for six months to my mothers house while legal things were going on.now i came back to my father in law 's house .but my husband broke my locks and throw ed me out .no legal action is done even i had tried i called at100.but no they changed the locks and thrown me and my 5 years old daughter out of the house.kindlyhelp

You may file a case under D.V.Act to get the shelter order or to remain in the same house. But I think its better not to live in that house. Since you have filed the case u/s 498A & 406 YOUR RELATIONSHIP WITH INLAWS may have strained and there could be an unfortunate incident.But 498A & 406 are not the solution.You have to think of divorce now.
