Legal Question in Family Law in India

my husband has beaten me 22 times in 1 year of my marriage for various reasons like salt being less or morein food, not knowing how to peel papaya, not knowing how to arrange bedsheet ,adding cumin to food..etc.. Everytime it ranged to slapping or pushing me back or hitting me hard with his closed fist. It was never severe injury like a fracture so I never went to the doctor. Main reason was my father not able to fulfill his demand for money for paying house instalment I have umpteen situation in which in my laws and sister in law also did the same... I never went to hospital or said anything to anyone to save my marriage. In the last when he strangled my neck in july I left his house and living at my mother\\\'s place from past four months.I have 14 months old child too I was a working professional before but because of all this not able to work now also all these situations are acurse for me.. I start shivering wen someone shouts at me or speaks in a bold voice... I WANT TO PUNISH HIM FOE HIS DEEDS NOW. Want to know: a) I do not have any proof of injury so can I file a case against hin b) What if I go back again to him uninformed and stay I know for sure that he will again beat me... and then go to the police... I do not want him to go free... Kindly advise on the second option as to how my main motto of gathering evidence can be achieved?

I agree with Mr. Gupta, In case he is not willing to give you your istidhan and permanent alimony then you may rake up all your grievances against him in the CAW cell.

1) You can a complaint to CAWC for all the atrocities meted to you by your husband, demand of dowry etc. You can really teach him and his family a good lesson for all that they have done to you. You are not suppose take everything lying low . Go to some good lawyer who has knowledge on these issues .
