Legal Question in Family Law in India

My husband already booked in 498A. I alone living in my father-in-law named house alone.

My husband living in 30 kms. away with his parents. Due to doubt on him i went to his

house along with my son to see him whether he again married or alone. After going

that place he beat me very much and he taken my house lock and take all of my articles

kept near my mother apartement and called my mother told that he kept the articls. My mother

warned him and asked not to keep take away but he refused.

After that we went my house near police station and given written complaint then they called

my husband and warned him to take back all the articals and keep in my house. He shifted

the article to my house and given key in the police station. police called us and given the

key i opend my house and saw that some items Refrigerator, almara, and one gold neckless,

10,000/- cash also not the in the house the same informed in police sation but they are not

taking the case and asking me to go the Womens police station where i booked 498A.

Sir what help can i ask in this police station ? Bcz this police station is near to my house.

They hve not written any FIR for my first complaint. Now they are not taking any action about

the said articles and gold cash.
