Legal Question in Family Law in India

my husband is a businesss man and a director in all the companies. He has replied to my DV petition that he is only an employee. How can i prove the same. I have got records out of the MCA website about his shareholdings. His remuneration in the company as a director is only 10 lacs / annum, but the company makes huge profit. Can i also take the fixed assets of th ecompany into account for maintenance. What is the best way?

You just call for the records to the court, during trial if any. [email protected]

the list of directors is also available online and apart from his salary as a director, you may seek court orders for disclosure of his other assets and income.
