Can a husband claim full custody of a boy aged 5 years from the mother(who is a housewife) while the divorce proceedings are underway in India?

dear client father cannot ask custody of child up to 12 years of his age. second thing he can ask visiting rights from court. for any legal help call me on 9422611385

normally the husband cannot claim the custody till 12 years but in special circumstances he may claim so.for details you may contact with me in 09874753359.

yes husband can claim but we have to be clever enough in refusing the said claim ...
