my husband claims he will slap a case on me saying that i hav been involved with another man n i have been plotting his murder. also he stays on my property and part of the frustration is that i havent transfered it to him. is it possible for him to do that?

If he says so he need to give a solid proof of adultery. Merely on the basis of suspicion no case is made out against you.Why do you transferred the property in his name? Never do that.

It is almost impossible for any one to prove adultery except in a genuine case. So Don't worry.
