Legal Question in Family Law in India

My husband has deserted and has ran with my baby, now i am filing for divorce and custody and also for maintenance, since i dont have proof for his salary slip, can court ask for the same.

yes court will ask and if u will not provide any proof then court may decide as per his own assumption.

You can call for the records from the employer by issuance of summons and to cause production of relevant Salary Documents
