My husband wants to dispose his property immediately without my concern. that property is located in Tamilnadu. It is constructed by my father-in-law, it is shared equally between 2 brothers with registered with their names.
1. I would like to know how much percentage i and my daughter have share in this house property of my husband in Tamilnadu. We r not yet divorced, case pending.
2. what prevention shd be taken to stop the sale. because, my husband falsely is saying that v r divorced to the buyers. Wht should i do? plz suggest
2. Does it has anything to do with the maintenance case that i have claimed. Plz explain.

you may file a complaint under Domestic Violence Act and there is a specific provision in the Act that would restrict your husband from disposing off the property. it has nothing to do with your maintenance and both are separate cause of actions.
You may have a "charge" against the property for payment of your maintenance amount. Therefore, you may file an application in the pending case seeking an injunction from selling the property by your husband.
