My husband wants divorce on grounds of cruelty but I dont want as we've a 5 yr old son also. In that case how long will the case go on & finally what might be the outcome in such cases?

dear client if he file divorce then u have to oppose it in court on merit. it will depends upon court to accept it or reject it. u can ask maintenance for yr self as well as son from husband. for more legal help call me on 9422611385
