Legal Question in Family Law in India
My husband had sent a divorce notice to me. Am staying alone, all my certificates are with him and he is refusing to give. am studying in a college. and by next month i've to join in a job so i need my certificates. how can i get that? can i file any suit? i want my certificates urgently.

You can file a criminal case since your husband is in illegal possession of your certificate.Firstly you can send a legal notice as well. Secondly, what about divorce? Are you ready for it. Don't worry, if he does not abide you have lots of options.

first ask him to handover your certificates and other articles belongs to you.
If he refused then send legal notice and even then if he did not react then file criminal case also.
