Legal Question in Family Law in India

my husband sent me divorce papers without my information and is not ready for compromise. therefore i booked FIR against him in WPS.and the FIR turned to case and the Sub Inspector has also submitted the chargesheet in the court.I already informed him that i want to withdraw the case against my husband.but no action was taken.and now they are saying that i have to appear on july12th in court.my question is will there be any problem if i dont attend the court on july12th.pls answer.

they calling you for the evidence and in case you want to settle the matter, you and your husband may file a petition for quashing of the f.i.r in the high court.

You can withdraw your FIR against your husband by filing a petition u/s 482Crpc before the High Court. You can file this petition now so that the FIR is quashed before July 12th.

Since the matter is non compoundable, try for quash OR

You have to turn hostile in favour of your husband

If u remain unattended, court may issue warrant
