Legal Question in Family Law in India

My husband wants divorce.We dont have kids.He is palnning for mutual consent divorce.

I would like to know the following thing.

His grandpa and his parents have lots of properties under their name.

Is it possible to claim money or property from his grandpa/his parents?

you cannot claim a share in the properties but can only seek residence orders in one of them. mutual consent divorce is not possible unless the amount of alimony is settled between you and husband.

in mutual consent divorce the settlement or consent terms are arrived between the parties. However you can demand a share from your husband's property and not from grandpa's / his parents property. Even in contesting divorce the court doesnot allow the claim.
