Legal Question in Family Law in India

if my husband doesnot turn up for 2 yrs and i m paying all the bills except the loan(emi) of the flat as the flat is on joint income loan and both of us have signed on the home documents ,then can i ask for the ownership of the flat in alimony?

you may ask for the flat in the alimony as per sec. 25 of HMA but it is upto the judge to decide whether you are entitled to the same.
