My husband drive me out from his home and filed a divorce petition against me after one years of marriage. I also filed a maintaince & interim mentainance case by opposing it. But nearly five years has gone but the matter is not settle by the court till now. As I am growing older day by day , now my parents settle my marraige with another person with my conscent..
Now the question is wheather there will be any legal problem in future if I will marry as my husband already filed divorce petition against me & I can not received any mantainance from him ?

You cannot marry until your first marriage is dissolved by a decree of divorce. Try to expedite the pending cases; since your husband is demanding divorce, you may file a mutual consent petition for divorce or give your consent in his petition and get divorce.
marriage without divorce is not only illegal but null & void. if you too want divorce then ask your husband to convert the petition into mutual consent divorce.
