Legal Question in Family Law in India

My husband drive me out from his home and filed a divorce petition against me after one years of marriage. I also filed a maintaince & interim mentainance case by opposing it. But nearly five years has gone but the matter is not settle by the court till now. As I am

growing older day by day , now my parents settle my marraige with another person with

my conscent.. Now the question is wheather there will be any legal problem in future if I will marry as my husband already filed divorce petition against me & I can not received any mantainance from him ?
