Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hello! Actually my husband is engaged with someone else other than me.We have 2 daughters.In that case if he likes to take divorce then what will I do? Is it possible for him to get divorce if I will not agree with him? More importantly if they will marry without taking divorce from me then what will be his punishment?Is that girl also punishable for that though she knows everything about our marital life.please help me.thank you

U may file appicationunder domestic violence Act for monetary relief for herself and for childrenand also under 125CRPC and u may file application to police if u r with evidence against ur husband regarding his illict relations and u can contest divorce if ur husband claim and u can claim litigation expenses and maintenance as well and for details u can contact with me

it may not be easy for the husband to get divorce in these circumstances. do you have evidence of adultery. solitary acts of sexual adventure does not constitute adultery. the man should be living in adultery with the other woman. the other woman cannot be made an accused.
