my husband has an extra marital affair and wishes to make me homeless is there any way I can stop him on the pretext of his affair. How can I prove his affair is there any punishment in law. The flat we own is mortgaged with a bank.Kindly help

dear client u can file case of adultery against yr husband. if u file case with strong proofs like their mobile conversations or photos of their affair, then he will be punished up to five years of the imprisonment. take order from court for shelter by filing domestic violence case so he cannot make u homeless. for any legal help call me on 9422611385
