If husband and family have anticipatory bail on the basis of complaint of CAW cell & wife lodged a complaint in delhi mahila ayog (as a new complaint) then that anticipatory bail is valid in both complaints.pls reply

mahila ayog has no jurisdiction once CAW cell is taking action upon the complaint. ur anticipatory bail is valid and no need to apply for any fresh bail.
